A research intern position is available in the Department of Gastroenterology. This position will be under the supervision of Dr. Yinghong Wang. The research intern will gain skills and knowledge in conducting clinical research on gastrointestinal side effects related to cancer therapy. This will include project design, patient chart reviews, data analysis, and the writing of abstracts and manuscripts, while actively participating in ongoing research activities.LEARNING OBJECTIVESAcquire skills in conducting clinical research, performing biostatistical analyses, and developing foundational writing abilities. Expected outcome is to have future publications from the contribution of the trainee's work.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree; Commit to full-time research tasks for a designated period of 3 to 6 months.ADDITIONAL APPLICATION INFORMATIONNAPOSITION INFORMATIONThis position (full-time or part-time) provides a stipend between $28,000 and $36,000.
