You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Hires, directs, and motivates supervisory personnel, subcontractors and staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures
Ensure that all plans, specifications, budgets, labor price sheets and material take-offs are correct for the project
Manage all project personnel workloads and manage their individual capacities
Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable for complete work consistent with company standards prior to authorizing payment

Safety management experience in residential construction industry
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other information necessary for the effective manufacture of quality, single family homes
