Retail/Production associate

In need of 2-3 retail/production associates in San Antonio ASAP

Weekly pay- $12-$14/hour

Standard morning/day shifts

Easy going work environment

Work site located 410 and Vance Jackson area

Product Preparation & Assembly

- Prepare, assemble, or package items for sale

- Follow recipes, assembly instructions, or production guidelines

- Ensure correct labeling, pricing, and packaging of items

Quality Control

- Inspect finished products for accuracy, appearance, and quality

- Report defects or damaged products to supervisors

- Inventory & Stock Management

- Replenish shelves and storage areas with finished goods

- Track raw materials and supplies needed for production

- Assist in inventory counts and record keeping

Equipment & Work Area Maintenance

- Operate basic production or packaging equipment

- Clean and sanitize tools, machines, and workstations

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with staff and management to meet product demand

- Coordinate with team members to ensure production goals are met

- Communicate issues such as delays, shortages, or equipment problems

Customer Support

- Occasionally assist customers with product inquiries

- Support special orders or in-store promotions
