This role requires a strong focus on strategic alignment, transformational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our sellers are empowered with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to achieve their goals. Areas of focus may include onboarding sellers, identifying, and sharing best practices, measuring productivity and enablement effectiveness. Set a clear vision for the enablement function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure stakeholder alignment between enablement programs and the organization’s strategic goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to support a cohesive go-to-market strategy and drive consistent messaging.

Maintain a solutions-focused approach, ensuring programs address critical challenges and empower the sales team to thrive in a competitive market.

Drive initiatives that not only address current needs but also prepare the organization for future success in an evolving market landscape.

Implementation:

Identify and integrate innovative learning and development solutions and tools that enhance seller performance and contribute to long-term organizational growth.

Lead teams to design, develop and execute short and long-term scalable enablement plans that enable sellers to exceed revenue targets while adapting to the needs of a growing sales organization.

Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to develop compelling, high-impact content.

Measurement:

Establish, track, and refine OKRs to measure the effectiveness of programs.

Analyze metrics to assess program impact and make continuous improvements to optimize organizational productivity.

Leadership:

Develop a strong team focused on growth and development, nurturing leadership capabilities at all levels to build future-ready skills.

Serve as a mentor and coach within the Revenue Enablement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

What You Will Bring

8+ years of working experience; preferably in sales or revenue enablement.

Ability to command an audience and gain mindshare of sales leaders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Critical thinker who has built and delivered sustainable revenue enablement programs with proven ROI.

Strategic decision maker capable of driving transformational change, work independently at a high level and ability to flex to business needs.

Outcome/Solutions-orientated leader focused on long-term vision, innovation, and growth.

Experience executing onboarding and new hire programs Highly desired/preferred, program management experience preferred OR Selling/Revenue Enablement experience in the AMER Region Highly desired/preferred.

Degree level education or equivalent.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 139,440 and USD 277,680 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
