RF Systems/Electrical Engineer

Job Title: RF Systems/Electrical EngineerJob DescriptionThe RF Systems Engineer will participate in engineering disciplines such as RF, radar, digital design, and analog design. This role involves being an individual contributor within a cohesive engineering team, responsible for delivering communications products to global customers. The engineer will work closely with the engineering team to understand the nuances of design, testing, and systems. Initially, the role follows a 6-9 month roadmap, starting with learning the product and gradually moving into pure RF design. Responsibilities include devising initial concepts for devices, components, or systems, participating in detailed product design, assuming project responsibilities, maintaining technical documentation, and assisting in developing proposals for new technical programs.Hard Skills

BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Experience with RF instruments (e.g., Network Analyzers, Power Meters)

Radar knowledge

High Power RF Design

Digital and Analog Design

Active Secret Clearance

Soft Skills

Problem-solving

Lab debugging skills

Technical competence

Awareness of latest technical developments

The role demands creating schematics, wire lists, circuit simulation skills using tools like Spice, and hands-on experience in RF tuning using RF instruments.
