Description:An Excellent Opportunity for Risk Manager to work with one of the "Fortune 100" financial clients with 100% remote roles.

Experience:
  • The ERM Issue Management (IM) Manager is responsible for performing various activities to support ERM Divisional Issue Management related efforts
  • IM manager contributes and support timely and successful remediation of ERM owned issues
  • The IM manager will perform quality check reviews of deliverables and documentation related to remediation action plan of ERM owned issues and provides feedback to increase the quality and content of the documentation
  • The IM manager will also be consulted on and provide strategic advice throughout the life cycle of an issue
  • Additionally, lead and manage other ERM divisional risk and control activities

Responsibilities
  • Perform Quality Check Reviews of ERM owned Issues
o Review draft action plans for reasonableness and feasibilityo Perform timely pre-delivery review and challenge the quality of the documentation and deliverables created for each remediation milestoneo Timely communicate any comments and concerns within the team and to issue owners
  • Lead and Execute ERM Divisional Risk and Control Activities
o Lead and produce ERM’s divisional RCSA Reporto Lead and produce ERM Divisional Issue Management Reporto Lead and management the weekly due diligence report production process, including reviewing the weekly report produced by the Senior Analyst for accuracyo Management ERM’s self-testing process. Including coordinating and communicating with the testing team to kick-off, communicate/ receive status update, and discuss testing resultso Lead and management ERM’s Risk ID processo Lead and management ERM’s Issue aggregation processo Facilitate and host monthly ERM divisional risk and control lead meetings
