In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend.Wound Care Nurse Role:
Assessing wounds: Evaluating the condition of tissue, drainage, and pressure injurie
Cleaning and bandaging: Debriding, cleansing, and applying dressings to wounds
Collaborating with the care team: Working with other healthcare professionals to determine the best treatments
