Roofing Inspector Job Posting

Bondoc Roofing is currently hiring for a part-time Roofing Inspector to ensure quality control on projects in the San Antonio, TX area. This inspector position earns $18-$20 per hour and works a flexible schedule 2-3 days per week with no overtime required!

We offer a company phone and vehicle for work tasks.

In this essential role, we rely on you to complete accurate and timely inspections of our roof projects, consistently ensuring our high-quality standards are met! You provide oversight for multiple jobs simultaneously and complete a variety of tasks such as: picking up extra materials, taking and uploading pictures to formulate estimates, taking roof measurements and performing post-job inspections. You take great pride in your ability to maintain quality and production goals. Thanks to you, our jobs are done with the highest level of precision and professionalism!

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 1 year of experience working on roofs and with leak detection

- Current driver's license and a clean driving record

- Can pass a background check and periodic drug tests

- Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical construction tasks outside in a variety of weather conditions

- Functional knowledge of computer and phone app functions
