We are looking for motivated, driven salespeople to join our team at Cattleman’s Roofing Co. This is a commission-based position with 40% commission on profit. Top reps can earn six figures in their first year.
What You’ll Do
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals
Meet with homeowners to explain roofing options and help with insurance claims
Write contracts and hand projects over to our production team
Build long-term customer relationships in your community
What We Offer

Average commission per roof: $1,500–$6,000
