Responsibilities:• Identify, source and analyze high volume of complex process data and process maps from various banking & insurance platforms to drive analysis.• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis, along with documenting the data requirements• Set up process mining tools, dashboards and visualization for broader distribution and decision using the analysis outcomes.• Develop process related risk, quality and operational metrics for understanding current state, defining target state and monitoring progress on an ongoing basis.• May lead system change process from requirements through implementation; provides user and operational support of application to business users.• Collaborate with functional area team members, including functional area experts and process owners outside the team, and subject matter experts within the team, stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives with other ongoing and future initiatives.• Consults with users and internal clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards; recommends solutions.• Drives communication between business leaders and IT, exhibits sounds and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information. Communicate progress and present results in clear manner.Experience and Qualifications:• Must have experience setting up and using Celonis process mining tool.• Experience in creating, setting up analytical frameworks, dashboards and visualization and underlying database for broader consumption.• Domain knowledge and experience in banking a plus• Understanding of process analytics and related risk and quality metrics a plus• Excellent analytic ability and problem-solving skills• Program management experience to coordinate and lead initiative across team and functions.• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
