As a key contributor in a fast-paced, complex and constantly changing environment, this individual will collaborate with senior executives and leaders to deliver employee and business-critical strategies, plans and activities to educate and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business. The Region Senior Vice President (RSVP) is the market leader who will be the face of the region to interact with business and community leaders in the region. Operational Excellence

Customer and Employee Experience Optimization: Relentlessly pursue excellence in the customer and employee experience. This includes all aspects of selling, connecting, and servicing residential and business customers with an expanding product set as well as empowering and supporting employees

Results Focused: Ensure the region meets or exceeds all portions of the Profit and Loss (P&L) goals, even those items not directly managed. Lead local business planning cycles. Responsible for translating Company goals into local actions and discerning, simplifying, and communicating for teams what is most important to prioritize and execute. Partner with peers to ensure the overall division meets or exceeds goals - in some cases, stretching to support another group to deliver overall stronger company results

Forward-Thinking: Embrace emerging technology, innovations, products, and process improvements and support local team adoption

Ownership: Demonstrate and build a culture of accountability to own outcomes. Think and work cross functionally to achieve maximum impact for the region and the company. You will own some decisions and have the opportunity to influence others

Data Driven: Regularly provide feedback and data driven insights to teammates, peers, and leadership on opportunities to grow the business. Identify local emerging opportunities to capitalize on growth. Use data and local intelligence to communicate opportunities, influence Company strategies and/or gain support to capitalize on regional/local opportunities

BusinessAgility: Adapt quickly to market changes internally and externally; respond rapidly and flexibly while leading change in a motivating and fiscally responsible way to maintain our competitive advantage

Community & Marketplace

Community Involvement: Be an active and positive force in local communities as the face of Comcast and the most senior executive for the region. Represent Comcast as the provider and employer of choice for the Region while advancing and protecting our reputation and brand. Be authentic with the goal of inspiring and winning the hearts and minds of the changing workforce and our communities

Market Intelligence and Business Development: Build local external relationships and activate all teammates to relentlessly pursue growth opportunities and be in front of competitive threats inclusive of the micro-markets within the Region

Field Leadership: Regularly visit the frontline field teams to solicit feedback and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in serving our customers
