About the role: GuidePoint is expanding its Identity and Access Management service offerings and is hiring an Identity Governance and Administration Architect with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow experience. This role is open to H1b transfer for candidates currently located in the United States. Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for implementation and enhancement of the SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution
- Gather and Document technical requirements and design
- Act as subject matter expert for client discussions
- Provides mentoring and guidance to junior level engineers; may provide feedback and direction on specific engineering tasks
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with designing, architecting & building IGA solutions involving SailPoint IIQ or IdentityNow.
- Experience with common SailPoint connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, web service connector and authoritative source integration (such as SAP and Workday)
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Beanshell, XML and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with IIQ / IDN workflows including joiner, leaver, mover
- Solid understanding of the SailPoint object model, rules, and policies
- Experience with both lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
- Experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
