Position: SailPoint DeveloperLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite)Type: Long Term Contract Hybrid - Tues, Weds, Thurs in office - Richmond, VA Responsibilities:
- Lead Identity and access management (IAM) Certification team and define Certification strategy for the Enterprise.
- Lead large Enterprise wide Certification campaigns, Perform User access certification activations and validations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress
- Rally Team to deliver successful results on critical Projects and Incidents
- Excellent organizational and Communication Skills
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Pro-active, flexible and a high competency with people.
- Producing Certification reports for leadership
- Plan and execute the POC for upcoming requirements and work with developers to implement the solution
- Identifying business requirements and translating them into technical requirements for development teams
- Improve the performance of current reports by rewriting SQL queries
- Documenting and improving the operational standard operating procedures
- Assist end users in completing access certifications and support day-to-day operations
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint-related functional and technical issues
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents
- Operational support with change and incident management processes
- Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization
- Develop automated solutions using scripts and cloud-based server-less computing platforms
- Build operational reports and support ad hoc data requests
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Security
- At least 1 year of experience supporting SailPoint Applications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting SailPoint workflows and customizations
- 3+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting end user issues in Access Certifications
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
