Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Director in Dallas, Texas. Based in our manufacturing sector, the Sales Director will be a critical player in driving the sales performance of our company. This role encompasses the management of the sales team, customer relationship building, and exploration of new market opportunities.Responsibilities: Creation and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales and revenue objectives. Lead and guide the sales team, fostering high performance and detail oriented growth. Seek out and secure new business opportunities, including market expansion and new customer acquisition. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business relationships. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in sales forecasting and data reporting Demonstrated expertise in business development and increasing sales Proficiency in both inside and outside sales strategies Ability to manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction Experience in engagement marketing and understanding of the customer lifecycle Proven track record in direct sales and meeting sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and sales data Must possess excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues and market challenges Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
