About the Company:Aspire Systems is a leading digital IT

services and

solutions firm with offices across the world. We are currently looking for

sales manager/director ‘mid-to-senior’ profiles to lead the ‘

ISV and High-Tech’ vertical in SouthWest US region. We are looking for folks with hunger to learn, grow and lead, and can “punch above their weight”.Job location can be remote preferably someone in Dallas, TX and seeking strong IT Services and Solutions Sales background personal who have their own customer base in Texas, Arkansas, Kansas.

Must Have:
  • Looking for someone with Software services selling experience in this region for at least 5-7yrs primarily selling in the ISV or High-tech market segment.
  • This will be a pure hunter position where the SalesManager will need to prospect new customers and take it all the way to closure.
  • Consistent salesrecord and someone who has consistently met their sales quota over the years
  • Demonstrated track record of selling and managing large IT account contracts from identifying new opportunities, prospecting to closing business.
  • Influential and viable relationships with business decision makers in companies in the region, ability to socialize and create relationships.
  • Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities in the field of IT digital solutions
  • Presenting and articulating technology concepts of cloud (AWS, Azure) technologies, application languages, development methodologies (scrum, agile) and other aspects for the execution of a project.
  • IT solution and services experience and worked offshore development centers

Other Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound leads and salespipeline for your assigned territory
  • Ability to create conversations using cold calls and drive the inbound salesteam through effective campaigns
  • Ability to understand company differentiators and sell against the competition
  • Maintain accurate forecasting in our CRM, and ensure that your opportunity pipeline is always up to date
  • Attend industry related trade shows and conferences as required
  • Ability to drive and manage conversations on technology and solutions with decision makers in the salesprocess (RFP, RFI, solution)
  • Attend regular salesmeetings and be fully prepared to discuss the pipeline
  • Meet quarterly and annual salesquotas defined.

Skills:
  • Excellent Excel, MS Outlook, PPT, Word. Hands on experience in PPT must-have to change, modify proposals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must do hands on cold-calling and drive salescampaigns
  • Excellent administrative and follow up skills.
  • Understanding of IT software delivery and offshore model required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and escalation resolution skills.
  • Ability to meet timelines and quarterly goals.
