Auto Expo Houston is seeking a dynamic and motivated Spanish Speaking Sales professional to join our team! If you have experience in sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing deals, negotiating contracts, and converting leads into loyal customers. You will play a key role in meeting sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue for the company. We provide workspace (desk), computer, inventory, advertisement, leads, and the banks to get customers financed. Must be good at communicating over the phone with customers, must be a fast learner and be proactive daily. Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Active on social media.
Have customer service skills.
Must be able to work full-time.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Compensation:
20% of the front-end profit (Just the profit of the vehicle)
Top sellers make $2,000 - $2,800 extra per month
We offer bonuses and spiffs on weekly and monthly basis
One day off during the week and Sundays
Compensation is paid as 1099 (No taxes are deducted)
No limit on how much you can earn
