Sales Rep

Here at Rodriguez Tile Group, we have become known for our tile’s quality, delivery services and collaboration with contractors, designers and homeowners.

The store for this open position is located in McAllen, Texas, and we are always looking for enthusiastic people to join our company.

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales

The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to positively interact with many different types of clients in-person

Experience working with interior designers, contractors and projects of all sizes

Design-focused with strong awareness of our product and current trends in home design

The flexibility to work independently but also collaboratively when needed

Willingness to ask for help and share your knowledge

Strong thinking skills with attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly

Highly focus on customer service

A minimum of 3-5 years sales background with a proven sales track record

College degree preferred but not required
