Sales Rep – Commission (DFW Metroplex)

VantaCoat Surfaces is a new coatings company specializing in epoxy + polyaspartic garage floors, patios, and concrete. We’re looking for a driven sales rep to help us grow fast in DFW.

Pay (1099, Independent Contractor):

$350 per closed job (avg. project $3K–$10K)

Performance bonus: 10% after 3+ deals/month, 12% after 5+ deals/month

No cap – more you close, more you earn

Growth into salaried roles as we scale

What you’ll do:

Generate leads (social media, networking, local outreach)

Walk customers through services & close deals

Coordinate with crews to hand off projects smoothly

You are:

Self-starter, entrepreneurial, comfortable with commission-based roles

Experience in sales, home services, or construction is a plus

Strong communicator, hungry to grow with a startup
