Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Independent Contractor Sales Representative to help expand our client base within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys relationship-building, and brings a warm, approachable style to conversations. Prior automotive knowledge is helpful but not required - confidence and conversational skill matter most.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound cold calls to auto service providers to introduce our digital optimization and lead-generation services.
Engage with warm leads provided by the company, along with occasional self-sourced outreach when desired.
Analyze each prospect’s online presence and explain how improved SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website enhancements, and reputation strategies can increase customer calls and bookings.
Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate marketing service package.
Maintain records of interactions, leads, and sales activity.
Work toward monthly sales targets using your preferred schedule and approach.
Share ongoing feedback on objections, customer needs, and industry trends to support continuous refinement of sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Native English speaker preferred.
Automotive industry familiarity, service advising, or digital marketing experience is a strong plus.
Clear, confident communication with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Self-driven, organized, and able to operate independently.
Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or selling service-based solutions is helpful.
Compensation & Additional Details
You set your own hours, manage your workflow, and may work with other clients.
Weekly check-ins are recommended for alignment but not mandatory for scheduling purposes.
Compensation is commission-based: 30% per sale, increasing to 60% on all sales after the fifth deal closed in the same month.
Individual commission payouts range from $105 to $779 per closed deal, depending on the package sold.
Most leads will be pre-qualified and provided, giving you a strong starting point for conversions.
Additional performance incentives may be available based on consistency and volume.
