Receive and process majority of work requests from the team queue and complete them following standard processes
Participate in and contribute to team/project groups
Complete special assignments and projects
Assist local sales leaders and teams with specific onsite needs and projects and other local/onsite responsibilities as assigned
Document all work activities in Salesforce.com
Standard and custom report request submitted to a variety of source data systems
File consolidations, formatting, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, formula creations and other intermediate actions within Excel
Associate on-boarding, termination and transfer management
Other duties, as assigned
What you bring to the table :
You are comfortable working within a hybrid model of work assignments that is primarily centralized driven but has some local aspects to the role
You have an aptitude to follow process and contribute to process improvements
You are adaptable - flexible to changing processes and able to work well with minimal daily direction
You have strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, with strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to self-direct and drive your own initiative
Solid organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple high-level tasks/small projects simultaneously
Ability to work cross-functionally
Qualifications :What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years professional experience in a support/customer service role, or combination of higher learning education and experience
Intermediate computer skills and experience with the entire MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Prior sales support experience, preferably within a distributed environment
Knowledge in Salesforce.com
