- T Oversight of Salesforce daily operations and system performance.
- Support sales performance reporting, partnering closely with various sales teams to understand their critical priorities and data needs
- Collaborate with other team members to understand needs, requirements, and business processes for our Salesforce instance
- Develop data standards for Critical Data Elements
- As a Data Management analyst you will be responsible for implementing Data Management solutions in close partnership with Business , Product, Architects and Data Governance teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams, drive issues to closure
- Strong understanding of Data management and data stewardship roles in an organization
- Responsible for internal communication on Salesforce system i.e. bug fixes and new features.
