Title:
Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Houston, TX (Remote) – Once a month onsite Duration: Long-term Job Description- Lead discovery workshops; facilitate meetings with large and remote audiences; develop and deliver solution presentations; and lead prototype demonstrations
- Identify Stakeholders process pain points and gaps, perform analysis and decomposition of complex business information and recommend best practices.
- Perform business process modelling (both current and future state), basic technical architecture diagramming, detailed functional requirements, and when needed, detailed design documents
- Worked closely with business team to perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements and designed the solution by customizing various standard objects of Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Implemented the Salesforce.com Web to lead functionality to create Leads in SFDC
- Previous experience as a business analyst or systems analyst on a large software application implementation project, including driving SFDC/CRM adoption
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, team environment and proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines at once.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Great customer skills, professionalism and entrepreneurial attitude
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Must have experience creating user stories
- Must have experience developing AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have in-depth knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes, the ability to identify, capture, and translate business requirements
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills
- Salesforce certifications is a plus
- Functional knowledge of Quote to Cash processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
