- Participate in story grooming refinement sessions with Product Owners leveraging the knowledge of the platform to clarify requirements.
- Estimate level of effort for stories and or epics based on business requirements and knowledge of B2B Commerce
- Design and develop Solutions on B2B Commerce.
- Develop SKU Search application onB2B enabling users to validate product information, including Distributor's inventory.
- Perform Data Migration as required.
- Maintained pre-existing configured B2B functionality for Cart functionalities.
- Develop Custom Check out process and Order Integration to ERP's during Order Submission.
- Extend various OOB functionality for Invoice Payments and Checkout payments.
- Develop automation using process builders, flows, or triggers.
- Integrate Salesforce applications with REST API endpoints from other back-end systems to populate data in Salesforce.
- Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input
- Supports the Partner Channel Management, Customer Self-Services
- Creates technical documentation about solutions, and unit testing, etc.
- Knowledge about Commerce compliance and best practices
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science required, which an emphasis in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or similar IT-related field.
- 4+ years of experience working in an IT environment
- 3+ years' experience in Salesforce and 2+ years in Salesforce Commerce (B2B/B2C)
