TITLE: Salesforce Developer (Hybrid position: 2 days in office, 3 remote)

Requirements:

3+ years of Salesforce-centric development experience and administration.
Salesforce Developer 401, App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/or Platform Developer II certifications
Strong experience Apex/Visualforce development skillset.
In-depth development experience using integrated development environments such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, or Force.com IDE.
Finance/insurance industry experience preferred.
Team Player

Essential Functions –

Gather and understand business requirements that need to be solved by Salesforce solutions.
Develop logic, interfaces, workflows, automations, and security within Salesforce.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and portals, including Wave Analytics.
Extend Salesforce using the platform to create custom applications.
Integrate external applications with the Salesforce platform using various API technologies.
Configure and maintain sandbox environments to ensure proper testing and deployment practices are enforced.
Document changes in a manner that provides clarity to the users and extensibility to the code base in the future.
Troubleshoot user issues.
Provide assistance/backup to the Salesforce Administrators as needed.
Experience working within a managed project environment that documents scope, testing, and user education.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented, with excellent organization and effective follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
