Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and working on a or with a Digital Marketing team to build a B2B and B2C Lead Generation engine. This individual will need to have a strong skillset in managing requirements and ensuring solutions meet user or business expectations.

Major Function and Scope• The role encompasses the gathering and interpretation of business requirements as well as the partnering with our IT teams for the technical implementation and rollout of digital solutions to deliver campaigns as effectively and efficiently as possible.• The Digital Platform Manager works independently and collaboratively with multiple departments, including digital partner agencies, IT and Business teams to ensure excellence of delivery and functionality. The role also works to ensure the constant evolution and improvement of the digital tools and services.• Responsible for day to day business operation of the digital lead generation platform landscape (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Sitecore, Cvent). • Lead the definition and improvement of business operational processes as they relate to the platform and platform tools. Includes understanding business opportunities, understanding the front end technical landscape, and defining solutions that will support the business team in achieving their objectives• Drive the process to scope and prioritize key platform enhancements and projects.• Takes initiative to identify and implement process best practices and efficiencies• Looks to understand and improve business process rather than simple lift and shift approaches• Collaborate with development teams to test and verify solutions meet business requirements• This person will need to be strong with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will help maintaining data integrity and integrations between our websites and SFMC• Partner with Salesforce CRM team to come up with the best integration and implementation solutions to ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns• Conducts database management for list building, data hygiene, and data enrichment activities• Lead other strategic Digital Marketing projects that enrich Customer Journeys and User Experience. Qualifications • Experience developing the infrastructure and capacity to serve a large omni-channel B2b and B2C operation• In depth knowledge of CRM, digital experience, and best-in-class data systems. • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SiteCore, Pardot, cVent• Ability to set clear priorities with the Executive Team and rebalance initiatives based upon market direction and performance.• Track record of cross-functional partnership with specific examples of enhancing Marketing’s connections with Sales and Technology.• Demonstrates and promotes a culture of professionalism, accountability, customer and client focus, and teamwork.• Hands-on, high-energy, “roll up your sleeves” mindset, with the ability to be a driver and change agent in an organization. Leads by example at both the strategic and tactical levels.• Thrives in a dynamic, changing, and often ambiguous environment. A curious mindset, hunger to learn and drive to succeed.• Persuasive, confident communicator who understands when and how to use influence and authority.• Ability to apply concepts in strategy, marketing, advertising, lead generation, media, and brand management• Ability to cope well with ambiguity and uncertainty• Ability to critically review functional documentation and project plans to a detailed level• Project management experience including critical path management to deliver projects on time and within budget• Requires at least 8 years of prior relevant experience• Experience in supporting end-user requirements gathering and documentation• Expertise in SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder and Advertising Studio• Hands-On experience with creating and updating data extensions, sending real-time triggered emails• Understanding of CRM concepts and email communication best practices
