Position : Salesforce Solution Architect(Hybrid ) Location: Fort Worth, Texas, Position type: Contract Required Experience style="box-sizing: inherit;" Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecting solutions and integrations across Salesforce platform and other cloud technologies, with a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.• Bachelor's degree with preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business, AND/OR equivalent relevant formal training, certifications, or work experience.• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as SF Administration, SF Developer, and/or CTA (Certified Technical Architect) are highly desired, showcasing expertise in Salesforce platform and its various components.• Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, enabling seamless data flow and interoperability.Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and experience with Agile Software development using Scrum.• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate options and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Strong proficiency in analytics and problem-solving, with keen attention to detail in designing efficient and scalable solutions.• DevOps experience with Flosum or other similar tools is a plus, showcasing expertise in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release management.• Broad knowledge and understanding of various systems beyond Salesforce, enabling effective integration and system landscape optimization.
