Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Duration: Long term contract or Full-time with Collabera Enigneering Services

Location: Remote until covid (preferring local candidates to Dallas, TX or Hartford, CT or Chicago, IL)

Must Haves:

8+ years of Salesforce related experience building and architecting complex applications
Multi-cloud experience in Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud
Health cloud experience (5+ years) and certification is mandatory.
5+ years LWC, Aura experience.
5+ years of Apex & Visual Force.
Proven Admin experience.
Strong in Devops took like AutoRabit or Folsom or Copado.
Must be very strong in integration projects.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in agile methodology
Must be able to facilitate meetings to resolve issues/problems with a win/win result.
Demonstrated experience communicating complex architects and roadmaps to senior business leadership
