Role: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Austin, TX

Contract position

Skills:Serve as the point of contact on the Salesforce platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components for eBilling and Matter management software(MMS).Collaborate with the MMS/SSG teams to figure out the best way to implement solution (which could involve decisions around declarative vs. programmatic vs. App Exchange, etc.)Assess current architecture environment and recommend future state MMS-Salesforce integrated environment with road map.Evaluate Integration patterns/middleware solutions and make Apple-specific recommendations.Work with infoSec team on security/compliance requirements specific to Salesforce based cloud platform.Define system architecture for data integration and data management requirements around MMS implementation.Clearly articulate integration best practices, design patterns, and recommendations to the team.Provide solution and integration development with cloud and on-premise software including requirements, functional specs, and integration designMigrate current integrations with other software systems within ecosystem as well as implement new ones.Collaborate with SSGs on integration work stream including definition, design, implementation and go-live activities.Act as an escalation point for Salesforce based design and technical issues.Review, monitor project teams adherence to coding standards & implementation framework.Lead the integration of business processes across disparate systems.Qualifications:The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environmentExperience in providing program oversight and technical architecture for salesforce.com applicationsExcellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
