Salon Manager / manager assistant

Full Time or part time Salon Manager / manager assistant (Nail Salon)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the salon manager or take charge of daily store operations;

Handle front desk reception and customer service tasks;

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer traffic;

Participate in social media content creation and campaign planning (e.g., TikTok, Instagram);

Coordinate team workflow to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience in beauty, nail, or retail management preferred;

Basic knowledge or experience in marketing and social media management;

Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility;

Good organizational and teamwork abilities.

Compensation:

Pay is based on individual experience and ability.

$10-$20/Hour
