Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).

Strong presentation, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Exceptional listening skills, ability to articulate ideas and complex information in a clear and structured manner.

Demonstrate sound ability to analyze client information quickly, respond logically, and use data to influence client purchase decisions.

Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required, and any knowledge of CRM databases (such as Salesforce.com) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:Client Development Manager

Ensures client derives value from enterprise-wide licenses to maintain loyalty by working closely with the Commercial and Research organization, to drive increased usage and broad adoption.

Understand the client's business priorities and needs. Act as an advocate and ensure customers are maximizing the value of their investment with S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Acts as a broker of capabilities or services for client, advocates internally and facilitates the involvement of sales and other functions to achieve common goals for the client and for Commodity Insights

Responsible for managing key relationships for Commodity & Insights

Client Services

Train and onboard new Commodity Insight subscribers. Work closely with Commercial team to ensure a positive onboarding experience during the implementation of new commercial agreements.

Active role during migrations efforts. Assist end users during the transition to our new go to market solutions.

Ensures client derives value from enterprise-wide licenses to maintain loyalty by working closely with the Commercial and Research organization, to drive increased usage and broad adoption.

Engage with Commodity Insight Analytics on client support and product developments.

Commercial/Sales Manager:

Lead the sale of S&P Global Commodity Insights products/services to diverse segments.

Contribute to the business strategy through a deep understanding of industry requirements, market trends and client requirements.

Stay current on competitor offerings to identify the strengths and vulnerabilities of S&P Global Commodity Insights offerings in comparison.

Contribute to the business strategy through a deep understanding of industry requirements, market trends and client requirements.

Work as lead on set accounts to build an account strategy that results in high retention and growth of our business.

Develop an exceptional understanding of, and stay current on, S&P Global Commodity Insights products and functionality and their application to specific clients/job functions.
