Sanding and Fiberglass Helper - Full-time W2

We are looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Sander/General Laborer with fiberglass. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanding and painting and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time(40 hour), W2 hourly pay position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

Sanding and preparing surfaces for fiberglass

Painting surfaces using brushes and rollers

Cleaning and maintaining equipment

Assisting other team members with tasks as needed

Following all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Able to be employed as a W2 worker.

Experience in sanding and painting

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and quality of work

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials

Reliable transportation to and from the job site
