This position is with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Center of Excellence (COE) which provides enterprise-wide support for SAP, Ariba, and Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). The focus is on improving the user experience, kaizen of business processes, and system performance improvements. The COE is responsible for ensuring that the implemented solutions support and stay aligned with the needs of the business. We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated SAP Business Analyst to support COE objectives in the area of Manufacturing Procure to Pay (PTP) and Inventory Management (IM). This position reports to the Center of Excellence Procure to Pay Manager. The primary responsibility for this role is to support COE enhancement activities and provide operational support for our recently launched ERP system. Services To Be Performed The supplier will support SAP/Ariba procurement and inventory management processes across Manufacturing and Procurement functions. The work will involve both enhancement activities and operational support as follows: Enhancement Activities:

  • Assist the business in identifying and documenting enhancement and project User Story requirements.
  • Write materials for Sprint Planning sessions.
  • Design solutions for identified gaps with SAP functionality.
  • Identify integration points and collaborate with ERP workstreams.
  • Perform data analysis and map legacy data to SAP system requirements.
  • Develop process maps and process recordings.
  • Write test scripts.
  • Perform and support Functional Unit Testing and System Integration Testing.
  • Facilitate and support business users with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Perform deployment activities and cutover validation.
  • Support business users with post-launch activities.
  • Create and update training material. Help business users leverage the training material so they can successfully execute the business processes.
Operational Support:
  • Analyze, resolve, and respond to user questions involving system functionality, security, master data, and reporting.
  • Work with IT teams to triage, analyze, and resolve production tickets related to Ariba/SAP and
  • Manufacturing Procurement support.
  • Support technical configuration and master data maintenance.
  • Monitor relevant interfaces and system processes.
  • Drive error monitoring enhancements and additional controls to reduce errors moving forward.
  • Coordinate improvement, simplification, and/or automation of SAP processes.
  • Support development of key metrics and reports to drive visibility and efficiency of SAP and Ariba processes.
Job Requirements and Qualifications Required:
  • Experience in large corporations as a Business Analyst with a background in Accounting and Finance or Procurement or Inventory Management processes and systems.
  • SAP or Ariba experience.
  • Manufacturing or automotive background.
  • Scrum/Agile experience.
Preferred:
  • SAP experience with a focus on Procure to Pay (PTP), Inventory management (IM), Extended
  • Warehouse Management (EWM) & Master Data Governance (MDG).
  • Ariba experience with a focus on Ariba Procure to Pay (PTP), Ariba Discovery, and Ariba Network.
  • Experience with Maximo CMMS/EAM.
  • Experience integrating SAP and related non-SAP applications.
  • Experience resolving SAP interface errors (e.g., AIF, PI/PO, SMQ2).
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple customer groups and prioritizing activities.
  • Experience on cross-functional project teams with a focus on end-user requirements for system design and implementation.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills by meeting deadlines and carrying out duties efficiently.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Effective communication (written and oral). Ability to facilitate discussions between technical and business resources and overcome organizational resistance to change.
  • MS Office Suite.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in team building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeople-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
