Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the conversion of master and transactional data from various legacy systems into our SAP S/4 HANA solutions. You will become part of the PMO organization responsible for the delivery of SAP project implementations in various regions, primarily focused on the region the person is located in. Collaborating closely with project management and other solution team members internally, as well as the different (global) business project resources and external technical resources who own the legacy systems. Responsible for delivering high quality data loads including detailed documentation on the different migration steps and activities including reconciliation.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Main responsibility is working with the different internal and external partners making sure the correct data is converted timely and accurate from legacy applications to S/4 HANA. Where both a hands-on role is expected to work with the different business teams on the different data steps like mapping, transformation, extraction etc. While also expect the person to oversee and report out on a regular and consistent way on all activities from the different people involved in managing data conversion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required (in English)
  • Critical problem-solving skills are a must
  • Working experience on similar capacity for more than 5 years with at least 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles
  • Expert subject Matter expert in the different data conversion related tools
  • Expert subject Matter expert on SAP Migration Cockpit/LTMC
  • Strong subject Matter expert on SAP Data Services
  • Experience in SAP, preferably on the S/4 platform already
  • Knowledge around the SAP data model, knowledge around the Oracle data model is seen as an advantage.
  • Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution
  • Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
  • Team Player, responsive, organized
  • Willing to travel when required, up to 25% domestic and/or international travel to any of the world-wide Flowserve sites
