We have an opening for a SAP FI Consultant in Plano, TX. Start date is 6/13 and will last for 9+ MONTHS.

Pay Rate MAX is 76-90/hr plus expenses Remote work, however this may change to fully onsite once Covid restrictions are lifted so prefer the resource is local to Dallas, TX. Then no travel will be required. If the resource is not local, then intermittent travel will be required and all travel expenses, per standard airfare, hotel, per diem, rental car and parking/taxi/Uber, etc. will be reimbursed and is not part of the billable fee rate.

Skills (EXPERT/ADVANCED):Asset Accounting - SAP S/4HANA v 1809 or higher; transactional experience via FioriGeneral Ledger Accounting (FI - GL), SAP FIPurchasing, SAP MM Accounts Payable (FI- AP), SAP FIAccounts Receivable (FI - AR), SAP FIMeeting facilitation SkillsRequirements gathering skillsFunctional spec preparation skillsCore Accounting Functional experience and skills

Questions (must be YES to ALL):
  • Does the resource have SAP Fixed Assets configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA version 1809 or higher?
  • Has the resource led design and discovery workshops?
  • Does the resource have experience documenting detailed functional specifications to support technical development teams?
  • Does the resource have experience conducting fixed assets functionality demonstrations for clients via the Fiori UX apps?
  • Does the resource have experience supporting Fixed Asset functionality and fixed asset business process defects as part solution testing?

    • Description:This resource will be responsible for the following tasks:- Designing solution options within an existing SAP S/4HANA landscape- Configuring and supporting unit testing of SAP Fixed Asset and procurement - S/4HANA business processes- Writing detailed functional specifications to support technical development - Supporting defect remediation for SAP Fixed Assets and procurement tied to Fixed asset processes- Working collaboratively with other team members and client resources- Documenting configuration settings- Using project tracking tools to keep action items and issues associated with assigned tasks up to date- Providing input to Team lead for status tracking- Preparing for and delivering customer demonstrations of the solution as it is built- Supporting the development team with unit test data to validate correct behavior of the technical development programs

    Deliverables:The following deliverables will be required:- Design documentation- Configuration of the solution- Configuration documentation- Functional specifications- Unit testing - System demos to support solution validation with the client- Integration test script creation support- Defect remediation

    Acceptance: The deliverables will be reviewed by the client project manager for acceptance and adherence to standards for this role.

    Other: Client will provide a laptop for the contractor resource to access their SAP solution landscape and required applications.
