Job Title: SAP HCM Location : Houston, TX Contract: 6 Months Job Description
- 8-10 years SAP HR configuration
- Independently handle support of HCM module
- Working experience on statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM) - Organization management, Personal Administration, Time management(+ve & -ve), Payroll,Travel Management, Recruitment, Training Event Management
- Development Experience - Gather/document functional requirements and translate functional needs into technical team.
- Should have Integration knowledge with other modules of SAP & Third Party system
- Exposure of running payroll including the running of payroll reports and forms
- Sound knowledge of Local and legal requirements like Tax, ESI, PF LWF and PTAX
