- Keep track of defects; opening, checking progress and closing.
- Coordinate with testers to ensure testing’s timely completion.
- Perform testing to supplement SAP Benefit Team testing.
- Train users on Benefit focus HR maintenance process and ESS processes.
- Act as Liaison between client and Benefitfocus.
- Provide weekly status reports on project progress as it relates to Benefitfocus.
- Provide data per Benefit focus’ requests.
- Stage data in Employee Central (SuccessFactors) to be pushed to Benefitfocus on an Ad Hoc basis for testing.
- Prepare Survivor Data for Employee Central (SuccessFactors).
- Provide all enrollment data for Active and Retirees.
- Provide dependent data for all those covered by a plan and those that are not but are still in Employee Central (SuccessFactors).
- Reformat data from Employee Central (SuccessFactors) to be digestible by Benefitfocus.
- Work with Benefitfocus to ensure configuration matches Benefits’ needs through iterative testing and coordinated meetings with subject matter experts to provide corrective guidance or approval.
- Help audit data that gets added to Employee Central (SuccessFactors).
- Audit data that gets pushed from Employee Central (SuccessFactors) to Benefitfocus.
- Audit data that gets added through enrollment files.
- Audit results of interface to vendor.
- Help SAP Technical Team through troubleshooting parallel payrolls by validating deductions passed from Benefitfocus to Employee Central (SuccessFactors).
- Ensure ACA process tested and documented (cutover version and regular year version).
- Extract data from ERP system for foundational HR data
