iSphere is looking for a strong SAP Project Manager for a 12+ month opportunity in Houston, Texas. The right candidate will provide the following: Job responsibilities

  • Project Manage SAP S4 projects (focus will be on SAP Plant Maintenance area, work process improvements, enhancements etc.)
  • Project manage multiple concurrent SAP related projects
  • Maintain detailed project plans, with proper tracking of action items
  • Maintain Risk Registers
  • Issue lists
  • Action items and follow-up with users
  • Track and manage contractors
  • Lead status meetings and report accurate project status
  • Assist in creating presentations to Upper Management – VPs and Directors
  • Create power point materials, ability to tell a coherent story to drive the desired agenda
  • Meet with stakeholders to define agenda
  • Create an outline of the deck and coordinate build out of the materials before meeting
  • Continuously iterate through the materials to ensure they are presentation worthy
  • Manage SharePoint for documentation (preferred skill)
  • Plan and Coordinate meetings: Schedule meetings, set agenda, drive creation of materials to be used in the meetings, note taking, following up with users, tracking and managing action items)
    • Skillsets:
  • Program Manager or Project Manager for a S4 Hana implementation – preferably in the SAP Plant Maintenance area
  • Preferred PMP certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Microsoft Project skills
  • Low ego – being able to be just the meeting note taker during technical meetings and not feel as if they are not valued (note taking is their required skillsets sometimes)
