- Responsible for functionally & process quality of SAP & implementation/improvement project life cycles
- Strong on global enterprise enablement
- Work with SAP Consultants/Business Analysts and numerous regional & global business partners.
- Work closely with the production support team
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business users
- Design SAP solutions using SAP PS/CPM modules to meet business needs including gap analysis and make recommendation on industry and technology best practices to stakeholders
- Configure solutions in SAP, perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and train the trainer
- Write functional specifications for WRICEF objects and work with offshore developers to get them implemented
- Ability to lead functional and technical team members during implementation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication / presentation skills (verbal and written)

- 8-10 years of experience in implementing SAP Project Systems with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks and Activities
- Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science required
- Master's in computer related field is preferred
- Working experience on similar capacity for more than 8 years with at least 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles
- Critical problem-solving skills a must
- Expert subject Matter expert for PS - Project system on S4
- At least have led at least 3 full life cycle implementations
- Must have led requirement gathering workshops
- Team player with excellent communication skills

- Project Commitment & Cost Tracking, Project Procurement
- Project Integration with SD, MM, FICO, CO-PA, CATS, HR mini-master and Logistics Execution.
- System integration experience with Milestone Billing, Progress Analysis, Percentage of completion, Revenue Recognition and Logistics Execution for shipments
- Project scheduling using Project Systems and Workforce Planning integration for Resource Scheduling
- Project Settlement & Closure
- Experienced implementing CPM - Project Workspace, Master Projects, Alerts Framework, Issues and Change Management and Risk Management
- Implemented end-to-end Resource Related Billing setup in a complex business environment
- Project System integration experience with MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) or 3rd party Resource Scheduling tool
- SAP PS certification
- S4/ HANA experience
- Fiori APPs development and rollout
- Willing to travel when required, up to 50% domestic and/or international travel to any of the world-wide Flowserve sites
