Client : TCS//LYB Location : Housto, TX, USA JD : Basic Function The purpose of this role is to own and manage end to end architecture and service delivery for the SAP solutions at LYB. The SAP Lead Solution Architect will need to have in-depth knowledge and expertise within SAP area, understand the S/4 HANA and other SAP products and work enterprise-wide implementation of SAP S/4 HANA involving people, process, and technology changes. The SAP Lead Solution Architect will work closely with SAP CoE team, Product team, Global process owners (GPOs) in the business, and other architects to define roadmap and strategy of LYB SAP ecosystem. They will need to understand the big picture and be able to connect dots across SAP and Non-SAP technologies and develop solutions catering to cross-technology integrations with SAP. The SAP Lead Solution Architect will ensure the solutions being designed to fit into the broader architectural landscape and technology ecosystem meet defined Enterprise Architecture standards. The SAP Lead Solution Architect will support enterprise application rationalization efforts to standardize technology solutions as well as to reduce the overall technology portfolio. Roles & Responsibilities Contributes to highly complex projects that require in-depth SAP technical knowledge. Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Partner with business GPOs to simplify and standardize processes to meet industry best practices and keep customizations in the core to the bare minimum Broadly understand S/4 HANA and other SAP products Work on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business; act as adviser and coach to junior team members. Experience with implementing an S4/HANA multi-tiered SAP environment Analyze the current SAP ECC environment, identify the key pain points based on data and put together a plan on how to overcome those pain points and planning for S/4 readiness. Works with SAP developer teams and other SAP functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions. Architecture strategy & roadmap - define and update solution roadmaps Architecture design for future and existing solutions, ensure that technology components used fit with the overall technology strategy. Ensure also that the architecture is communicated, understood and adhered to. Architecture Review run the Design Forum, work with SAP Max Attention and participate in the Architecture Review board to ensure that solutions are governed appropriately. Min. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 15 plus years of IT implementation or consulting experience Minimum 10 plus years with SAP systems such as SAP Business Suite, SAP HANA, SAP Suite on HANA or equivalent Minimum 10 plus years Solution Design, Technical design, end-to-end architecting with SAP systems Demonstrated capability across SAP Technical Landscape Basis, Infrastructure, Development, Mobil, BTP etc. Experience with SAP Basis / NetWeaver and HANA Administration Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of SAP applications, infrastructure and security Ability to demonstrates and a proven record of success as an SAP on Cloud Architect with at least 2 end to end life cycle implementation of SAP S/4 HANA project on premise and on cloud IaaS hosting; Experience in designing all aspects of Cloud Infrastructure Architecture including Compute, Storage, Network, High Availability, Disaster recovery and monitoring Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA conversion/migration Experience in installation and technical configuration of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, PO, SAP CPI, Cloud connector, Solution Manager, Data Hub solutions within major cloud IaaS platforms Experience in developing an SAP S/4 HANA technical architecture and cloud hosting strategy in a hybrid IT landscape Proven leadership ability Demonstrated executive presence and influence, ability to build client relationships and create client satisfaction throughout the application lifecycle Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Exceptionally self-motivated and directed Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional service orientation Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Comfortable to perform well under pressure.
