SAP SPP - Lead Consultant Austin, TX (Remote for now) aria-hidden="true" Overall 15+ years of IT/ Teaching/ Research experience. aria-hidden="true" 10+ years of experience in the SPP (Service parts planning) functionality of Service Parts Management application. aria-hidden="true" This position requires experience and extensive functional knowledge on Master data (includes Bill of Distributions, Product, Product groups), Planning service manager, Transactional Data Layer, Capture and Manage Demand History, Demand realignments, Simulations, Supersession, Stocking / Destocking decisions, Forecasting, Economic order quantity and safety stock, Distributions Requirements Planning, Deployment and Global Available to Promise. aria-hidden="true" Exposure to DRPr processes. Supported DRPr go-lives. aria-hidden="true" Solid experience in Configuring, Testing of MM, PP and SPP (Service Parts Planning) modules in ECC /SCM/ CRM. aria-hidden="true" Worked with Demand Management, MRP Run, MRP Profiles, Planning strategies, MRP Types and Lot-size procedures. aria-hidden="true" Experience in evaluating MRP results via MRP List / Stock Requirement list. aria-hidden="true" Able to develop Test Scenarios / scripts for Regression, Integration and User acceptance testing. aria-hidden="true" Need to be experienced with creating Functional requirements document and delivering the same to ABAP Team. aria-hidden="true" Should have worked with SAP to fine tune and improve the runtime performances of Daily and Monthly jobs for the Demand, Forecasting, and Inventory Planning processes when executing on huge volume. aria-hidden="true" To be a Subject matter expert in Demand Forecasting Inventory Planning, DRP and Deployment processes. aria-hidden="true" Must have extensive Knowledge on Demand Capture of Sales Orders, Stocking / Destocking decisions, Rescaling Demand, Bill of Distribution and Supersession Processes. aria-hidden="true" Must have extensive Knowledge on Demand Realignments which includes Current BOD realignment, Future BOD realignment, Stocking / Destocking Realignment, Promotional Realignment and Supersession Realignments. aria-hidden="true" Must have extensive Knowledge on Forecasting Processes for NPI products (New Part Introduction), Mature Products (Non NPI) and TPOP (Third Party Order Processing): Historical Forecast, Composite Forecast, Tripping, Tracking, Forecast Freeze limits.
