School Director

Our teachers & director are the heart and soul of our business. You will be supporting children and their education every day. Together, we will do it all with a village of dedicated and passionate educators who cares about having kids to reach the highest potential. If you have the passion to create a nurturing and loving environment where the children can learn while playing. As director you will cultivate a positive relationship with the parents, teachers, community and state license authorities. You must have strong organizational skills, outstanding customer service abilities and to calmly multitask and handle multiple situations effectively, while developing daily activities using the STEAM curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking energetic individuals who are at least 24 years old.

Must have experience in licensed childcare or a related field.

Must meet state educational and our center’s requirements.

Able to work both indoors and outdoors.

Knowledge of child development, learning, and behavior.

Skills in organizing and presenting information in an understandable format to all levels: students, teachers, and parents.

Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.

Familiar of implementing the STEAM curriculum.

Respect the drug- and tobacco-free environment.
