Screen Printing Operator – Full-Time Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints on various garments and textiles, ensuring that every design meets or exceeds client expectations. This role involves expertise in screen preparation, ink application, and precision printing techniques to create exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on garments and textiles.

Mix and adjust inks to achieve the desired color accuracy and opacity.

Conduct quality checks to ensure proper alignment, color accuracy, and print quality.

Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.

Collaborate with designers and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a screen printer or in a similar printing role.

Strong knowledge of screen printing processes, mesh counts, emulsions, and inks​​.

Familiarity with different garment materials and printing techniques, including water-based, plastisol, and discharge inks​​.

Ability to mix Pantone colors and maintain consistent results throughout production runs​.

Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Team player with effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automated screen printing presses (ROQ, M&R, and or manual).

Knowledge of specialty inks and advanced techniques, such as foil and puff prints.
