DescriptionProject Manager/Scrum Master:The position requires an individual with strong technical project management skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, team skills and Federal Program Management experience. They will be expected to continually balance and adjust work priorities to meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities :
Provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements.
Defines and develops business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
Conducts analysis of business processes: current state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, organizational assessment, and other related tasks.
Plans and implements process improvements, including: future state design, change management, and transition planning.
Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards and agency guidelines.
Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance.
May coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Manage team sprints, backlog grooming, retrospective, and release activities
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and seven (3) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (2) years or more experience
Able to work independently
Experience with communicating assurance and defects in reports and documenting issues formally in tools. Ability to coordinate closely with customers and cross-functional areas
Experience with agile product teams and interfacing with customers, while managing complex products in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar tools
Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
