Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in a related field with 15+ years of Scrum Master experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record of success with multiple teams utilizing the Scrum frameworkAble to learn and understand technically complex subjects to better understand impact scheduleScrumMaster certification requiredExperience with scaling ScrumExperience with Jira and Confluence 1 year preferredAerospace, automotive, or design-related experience preferredExperience working with distributed teams and vendors Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and coach scaled scrum teams in a highly technical, iterative design environmentLead and coach daily standups, sprint planning sessions, demos and retrospectives, and scrum training sessionsGather business requirements and work with product owners to translate them storiesAssist the team with building skills: planning, goal setting, organizing and delivering through collaborative effortCoordinate with Team Product Owners to drive project timelines and road mapping while ensuring projects align to launch goalsProvide strong coaching on agile best practices and encourage teams during challenging sprint goalsIdentify issues, risks, and recommendations for improving team efficiencyEngage and include all team members and encourage a collaborative approach to completing tasksSupport agile development, architecture and scrum implementation through the use of Jira, Miro and ConfluenceSupport and execute Atlassian tool initiatives, customization, dashboards, reports, and plugins.Capture, train and maintain the best practices and guidelines to support the Clients implementation of the Atlassian tools.
