Required at least 5+ years of experience in Scrum. 1. Experience in managing project using scrum and SAFe Agile framework 2. Engage in planning, analysis and implementation phase to guide the team with agile ceremonies. 3. Should Facilitate scrum events as needed. 4. Should collect all the required metrics as per SAFe agile process & organization guidelines 5. Develop and implement stakeholders communication plan ensuring all stakeholders are involved. 6. Should be able to coach the team with agile process and best practices as required. 7. Preferred CSM/SAFe Agile certified 8. Should have very good interpersonal, leadership, communication skills to establish excellent collaboration.
