Description:Duration; 12 to 36 monthsHybrid: This will be 3 days on site and two days remote. This Kanban lead will be supporting the Business-as-Usual Initiative which is a business resiliency initiative working with development teams supporting AML and LSS (Anti Money Laundering and Life Specialty Services). ( this will be a very big plus if they have experience with Business resiliency.) The manager will look at very Sr. Scrum masters, but we really need to find her a Kanban Lead. Once the JP is created, I will send out all the additional details but please focus on this for now. 3-5 years as a Kanban Lead with a scrum master background in previous experience before being a Kanban Lead.
Agile, SAFe cert, (Kanban Cert is large plus here)
Strong Leadership, Communication, and a proactive resource, (she doesn’t want someone that has to be told what to do all the time but otherwise someone who is proactive engaging with the teams)
Kanban Methodology
Business Resilience experience
Preferred financial services experience.
SDLC, Agile methodologies, (Stand ups, sprints, PI planning)
Someone who has lead scrum teams and has a vast understanding of the Kanban Methodologies.
Jira and Confluence experience
Strong understanding of and experience with change management concepts and standard practices
