Bi weekly Pay

Basic Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to obtain a Security License from Texas Department of Public Safety Private Bureau.

Prior experience and/or a current Department of Public Safety Non Commission/Commission card.

Must have valid state driver license and insurance with a driving record that meets the requirements of South Texas Safety, LLC

Must have reliable transportation

Must have excellent written and verbal skills

Must be able to stand, walk, and run in extreme weather conditions for prolonged periods of times.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Must be willing to work as part of a team.

Must be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent customer services.

Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations.

Must be willing to comply with and ensure team members comply with South Texas Safety, LLC guidelines and employments standards.

Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required test and certifications within established timelines.

Must have proper equipment for level 2

Must have a Smart phone or Microsoft software in order to complete reports

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains cleanliness, quality, and safety of patrol vehicles and of properties you’re assigned too

Consistently practices safe work habits including and not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting, driving and reporting unsafe situations.

Maintains a high profile security presence to deter criminal activity and serve residents and employees.

Monitors all vehicles and employees entering properties or events that you’re assigned too.

Operates properties, maintain logs, issued keys, check ID’s, write reports, and controls vehicle and pedestrian traffic

Maintains a professional appearance that meets grooming standards

Consistently practices safe work habits including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting, driving and reporting and unsafe situations.

Complete Daily report logs in a timely manner

Control access to company property: investigates and enforce security and vehicular regulations per company standards.

Patrol grounds on foot, bike, or use of personal vehicles or company vehicles, and maintaining peace and order on the property you’re assigned
