We offer cutting-edge technology for primary and secondary market loan settlements.What You Will Be DoingYou will provide client support for loan settlements by assisting clients with customer, deal, and asset on-boarding.Monitor and process large volumes of loan closingsUpdate data in systems and perform reconciliationsCommunicate and resolve trade issues.  Escalate when necessaryAssist with a variety of tasks related to loan closingsReview funding memos for discrepancies prior to settlementCommunicate with internal and external parties regarding loan closingsAssist Asset Administration during quarter-end and/or high-volume periodsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experienceTypically, 2 or more years' experience in accounting or financeAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office skillsKnowledge of closing par and distressed loansAbility to read and interpret credit agreementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of trade fee calculationsAdded Bonus If You HaveExperience with daily loan transactions and loan tracking systemsUnderstanding of broadly syndicated loansWhat We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job.
