Role: Security Consultant L3 With Non tenable Location: Dallas, TX - onsite from day 1 Open for Contract & FTE (both) Note:- - Need 10+ Years of experience only - Need profiles with security exp. - Cybersecurity/security profile with palo Alto, Firewall is workable for this role. Technical skill set - Must have hands on experience with Cisco ASA, FXOS, Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. - Full understanding of Palo Alto Firewall concepts like Security Zones, Security policy ordering, Searching and Sorting Audit logs, Address Sets, negated addresses, User Roles and tables, route-based policies, address-books, Application traffic control etc. - Must have hand on Cisco ISE for VPN authentication, AAA, policy creation. - Hands-on Skill on handling Security Incidents and plan mitigation. - Good understanding of routing (OSPF/EIGRP/BGP) and switching technology. - Excellent understanding in Proxy based product (hands on is a desirable). - Candidate should have excellent understanding (hands-on preferred) on various security technologies including, VPN's, IDS/IPS, end point security solutions (AV, HIPS, and Hard Disk Encryption), Authentication products (RSA SecurID or Gemalto), Content Security Gateways (Cisco IronPort Web/Mail Security Gateways), TACACS/AAA solutions, DLP, Load Balancing. - Good knowledge of Market leading OS Linux and Windows is a must. - Should have Capability to conduct risk analysis, impact analysis, dependencies on customer/internal teams, - Knowledge and experience of working with ITIL (Information Technical Infrastructure Library) Processes Technical Responsibilities - Configuration preparation and execution of changes on Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA/FTD and Palo Alto Firewalls. - Work on Tickets in on tools like Jira/Remedy. - Analysis, recommendation and implementation of new technologies - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve customer issues. - Open to handle new technologies and work on projects. - Firewall Auditing and review access control lists and updating firewalls as needed. - Interacting with OEM Vendor and Client teams as and when needed. - Adhering to high-quality standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable, repeatable processes and deliverables in accordance with applicable regulations - Analyze, troubleshoot, and investigate network security-related incident based on security platform reporting, network traffic, log files, host-based and automated security alerts - Evaluate systems using vulnerability scanners and manual techniques to verify system security settings and configurations Non-Technical Responsibilities - Coordinate with other team members for availability of capable resource. - Effective and prompt communications with clients and internal staff/management - Highly available for Severity issues if needed, on-call over weekend. - Ensure quality work - review and validate the technical configuration changes- Coordinate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for technical assistance. - Should have good presentation skills - shall be able to participate the review meetings and be able put across the points of concern. - Create proper documentation such as SOP/Runbooks. - Knowledge and experience of working with ITIL (Information Technical Infrastructure Library) Processes
