Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join a diverse and innovative team responsible for evolving and advancing our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Protection capabilities. You will join our global Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Protection team, within Identity and Cyber Security in the Technology division. The team prepares for, protects against, and responds to Cyber Security events.Your key responsibilities include: - Partnering closely with teams across Technology to advise, deliver and guide adoption of PAM and Protection capabilities
- Providing hands-on technical capacity to deliver security outcomes
- Supporting Technology teams to increase automation and uplift Cyber Security maturity
- Collaborating with customers and Product Owners to Client and understand customer needs
- Supporting increment planning through user story development and prioritization activities
- Working alongside other regions to provide support, triage and respond to alerts and incidents for security systems, including CyberArk, HashiCorp and CrowdStrike
You will bring the following skills and experience: - A positive-attitude, highly self-motivated, and a strong desire to succeed and deliver high quality
- Experienced engineer and technologist
- Experience in Identity Security, Protection, or similar Cyber Security domain, with exposure to security products such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp or CrowdStrike
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Work closely with teams to enable them to adopt and automate PAM services. Includes CyberArk and HashiCorp. - Handle BAU onboarding, including new web apps for session brokering - Develop user stories to be incorporated into the backlog by PAM Product Owners and squads - Assist with maintaining and creating end user facing documentation and guidance - Respond to system alerts and customer support outside of business hours for SYD/MEL/MNL. For incidents causing production impact, on-call can be engaged. NOTE: May allow us to eventually backup on call for CyberArk (saving backup oncall allowance). - Deliver and implement automation across PAM services Just adding few more points based on what I have seen for similar roles in other organizations. Customer Enablement Engineers are responsible for the partnership between PAM team and our internal customers, driving PAM best practices ensuring PAM KRI are met with minimum overhead for our customers. By utilizing your combined knowledge on PAM, IAM and technical skills you make real impact. You act as the bridge between the IT solution and the business by having meaningful conversations with our internal customers. - Provide triaging support for resolving critical incidents - Focus on ensuring service level agreements for customers - Strategic enablement of customers by providing support for key platform upgrades for new features - Strategic consulting in PAM/Secrets Management best practices, and bridging communication into PAM team - Contribute to internal capability building - e.g., skill building, knowledge sharing and coaching peers - Adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues, across different offices and time zones
- Self-managing, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
